Q: How much will it cost me to have vending machines?
A: FREE.
Q: How can I get refund if I lost money?
A: If you lost money through physical cash you can leave a note on the machine or contact us immediately we will visit within the next 24 hours, if it was on credit card or apple pay you can contact us and we will need the last 4 digits of the card to give you the proper refund.
Q: Do we offer commission?
A: We do offer commission but prices will reflect by the rate of the commission.
Q: How often will we service the machines?
A: As often as needed.
Q: Can I make request for items to put in vending machines?
A: Yes, we try our best to accommodate our customers needs but also keep in mind some products may no longer be available due to the impact of COVID-19.
Q: Do we have to sign a vending contract to do business?
A: No, we do not require contract agreements for vending machines services.
Q: Are there any problems to expect out of vending machines?
A: While we provide up to date equipment that is ready to go problems still can occur with the vending machines. If the machine is no longer taking dollars, there could be a dollar stuck in the machine or the coin mechanism could be jammed. If coins are no longer being taken that also indicates that there is a coin mechanism jam and these could occur to coins be jammed/stuck in mechanism itself. If any of these problems occur you can contact us immediately and expect the situation to be solved within the next 24 hours.
Q: How long will it take to get vending machines put in place?
A: Once we agree to move forward with vending services, we will plan a day that works best to move the machines in place.
